The cast iron skillets are your centrepiece. Naturally non-stick once seasoned, exceptional at retaining heat for searing steaks, roasting vegetables, and moving from stovetop to oven. Available from 16cm to 30cm, including the SEAGREEN series with its enameled finish and wooden handle. Every cast iron skillet is induction compatible and works across all stovetops.

The stainless steel skillets bring different strengths: lighter, faster to heat, and dishwasher safe. The 18/10 stainless construction handles acidic ingredients without reacting, making them ideal for pan sauces, reductions, and deglazing.
