ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
The total or partial inability to use the products may give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning the responsibility of FISSMAN AUSTRALIA, except in the case of a hidden defect found, non-conformity, defect or exercise the right of withdrawal envisaged in Article 1. In any case, you benefit from the statutory warranty provisions including those relating to warranty against hidden defects. In case of defect, you can either cancel the order or preserve the product against a price decrease. The provisions of this section does not prevent you from enjoying the right of withdrawal (money back) under section 1.

ARTICLE 3 – REFUND
In the cases mentioned in Articles 1 and 2, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
The refund will be made either by credit of FISSMAN AUSTRALIA paypal or check sent to the customer who placed the order and billing address. No sending in against-refunding will be accepted, whatever the reason.

ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY
The product offers are valid while stocks last.

ARTICLE 6 – PRICING
The prices of our products are expressed in AUD (VAT) but exclude the cost of handling and shipping (unless stated in the Product Review) FISSMAN AUSTRALIA reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry, subject to availability.

The products remain the property of FISSMAN AUSTRALIA until full payment.

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
The price you are charged is indicated on our order confirmation.
This amount is payable the day of the order.

SECTION 8 – CONTROL
