Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using the following carriers based on the delivery type:

  • Australia Post Standard & Express – Available for home addresses.

All products can also be picked up from our Keilor Park VIC location upon request.

Signature & Contactless Delivery

Where a signature is required, customers must sign the delivery person’s scanner to confirm receipt. If you are unwell or prefer a contactless delivery, you may request this option.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed daily at 11 AM.
  • Orders placed before 10 AM (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be dispatched within 24 Hours.
  • All other orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard orders are expected to arrive within 2-7 business days.
  • Orders to WA and remote areas may take 8-14 business days.
  • Express Post is available for faster delivery, though next-day delivery is not guaranteed due to Australia Post delays.

Tracking & Missed Deliveries

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • If a delivery is missed by Australia Post, a card will be placed in your letterbox with pickup details from the nearest Post Office.
  • We recommend using the AusPost App to track your orders, except for bulky deliveries handled by Direct Freight Express.

Shipping Costs & Additional Fees.

  • Additional postage and handling surcharges may apply for orders over 5kg or sent outside major metropolitan and regional centres.
  • For large or commercial orders, please contact info@fissman.com.au for a shipping quote.

Incorrect Address & Order Amendments

  • If you enter incorrect address details, please contact us immediately to correct the issue before dispatch.
  • Unfortunately, once the order is with the shipping carrier, we are unable to make changes.
