Do you have a store that I can visit?
FISSMAN AUSTRALIA is an Australian e-commerce store only.

What method will you use to ship my order to me?
FISSMAN AUSTRALIA ships most orders via Australia Post, however certain orders will ship via alternative methods.

After I place an order, how long will it take for me to receive it?
2-6 Business Days. If you live in a remote area, please allow extra time. 

Do you ship to overseas customers?
Currently FISSMAN AUSTRALIA does not ship to addresses outside Australia.

My order has shipped, so where is it?
Once you have successfully placed your order and received e-mail confirmation back from us, you can track your parcel using the tracking links provided in the your account.

Lost in transit deliveries – what’s your policy?
In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please contact FISSMAN AUSTRALIA to report a lost order or late delivery.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait fourteen (14) business days before replacing it, as most ‘missing’ items are located within the postal system during this period, as advised by Australia Post.

It may also be advisable to contact your local Australia Post delivery centre to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.

Is it possible to specify a particular delivery time ?
Unfortunately, no. As we rely on Australia Post’s delivery network, we are unable to issue specific delivery timeframes to delivery drivers.

Please Note: If nobody is at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), Australia Post will hold your order for you at your local Australia Post office or delivery centre. In most cases, a card will be left at the address to advise you what to do in this case
