One stock pot for everything you cook

The Fissman MARTINEZ stock pot is made from 18/10 stainless steel that won't react with tomato, wine or stock, and resists corrosion for years of daily use. Its capsulated base spreads heat evenly, so soups and sauces don't catch on the bottom during a long simmer, and it works on every cooktop including induction. Comfortable steel handles and a glass lid finish it off.

FAQs

What size stock pot do I need?

For one or two people, the 1.8L or 2.5L covers most meals. Families do best with the 3.5L, and the 5.9L is the one for stock, bone broth and batch cooking. Need bigger? Our stock pot range goes up to 15.2L.

Does it work on induction?

Yes. The multi-layer induction base works on induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops.

What does 18/10 stainless steel mean?

It's 18% chromium and 10% nickel, the grade also known as 304. It resists rust and staining, and won't react with acidic food, which is why it's the standard for quality cookware.

Can I store food in it?

Yes. Once it has cooled, pop the lid on and store leftovers straight in the fridge.

How do I clean it?

Wash in warm soapy water. For any stubborn marks or rainbow discolouration, a paste of bicarb soda and water brings the shine back.
