Shipping & Delivery

Update regarding COVID-19: We're working to deliver orders safely to your home, with strict safety measures in place in line with advice from health authorities and contactless delivery so you don’t have to sign for parcels. Please note, our freight partners are Australia Post, Star Track Express & Borders Express (for baths) are delivering however due to the ongoing impacts of coronavirus some deliveries may take a bit longer than normal. Express Post is still available as the fastest postal delivery option, however as of 20th April 2020 Australia Post have advised that due to COVID impacts they are temporarily suspending the Express Post Next Day guarantee and Express Post parcels may not be delivered next business day every time. We apologise for any delays experienced.

• We ship via Australia Post Standard and Express to home addresses and Star Track & Borders Express to a business address only. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other shipping options.
• All products are delivered can be picked up from Croydon NSW address if requested.
• In case by Australia Post of a missed delivery, a card will be placed in your letterbox to let you know when you can pick up your order from your local Post Office. The tracking number is emailed to you for your own reference. Note: Australia Post should leave you a card but it is more important to check your tracking email in case their parcel is waiting at the Post Office.
• If you’d like to amend your order with specific delivery instructions, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
• Shipping costs are FREE for orders over $80.00.
• Orders are shipped out daily at 2pm. Order before midday to have goods dispatched the same day.
• Expected delivery days between 2 and 7 days depending on delivery state. WA orders estimated delivery within 8 -14 days.
