Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Keilor Park, Melbourne, VIC.
Order Processing
Orders are processed daily at 11 AM. Orders placed before 10 AM on a business day will be dispatched within 24 hours. All other orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 2–7 business days Australia-wide. Western Australia and remote areas: 8–14 business days. Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery - note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed due to Australia Post network delays.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over $120 Australia-wide. Orders under $120 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout. Additional surcharges may apply for orders over 5kg or deliveries outside major metropolitan and regional centres. For large or commercial orders, contact us at info@fissman.com.au for a shipping quote.
Carriers
We ship via Australia Post Standard and Express for all home deliveries. Bulky orders may be dispatched via Direct Freight Express - tracking for these orders will be provided separately.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We recommend using the AusPost app to track standard deliveries. If a delivery is missed, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox with pickup details from your nearest post office.
Signature & Contactless Delivery
Some orders may require a signature on delivery. If you prefer contactless delivery, you can request this option via the AusPost app after your tracking number has been issued.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@fissman.com.au. Once an order has been collected by the carrier we are unable to make changes.

Prefer to pick up in person? All orders can be collected from our showroom at 50 Concorde Drive, Keilor Park, VIC 3042. Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 1 PM Select "Pick Up" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
